ALEX NEE* (Emcee)

Alex moved to LA after touring the world starring as Johnny in Green Day’s American Idiot, and in Once as Andrej and understudying Guy. In LA, he recently reprised the role of Andrej in South Coast Rep's Once (winner of BroadwayWorld LA's Best Featured Actor in a Musical and Best Musical). He also appeared as Romeo in Love Is A Battlefield, Vol. 2 and as a regular on the web series Liked (season 2 now on WhoHaha). Endless gratitude for the chance to tackle this dream role at a time in our country when we must learn from our darkest histories with intelligence, understanding, creativity, and love.


Talisa was most recently seen playing Ophelia in The Old Globe's summer production of Hamlet. Other theater credits include playing Juliet in Alex Timbers' The Last Goodbye (Old Globe), Donnie Darko (A.R.T), Ah! Wilderness (Arena Stage), and The Bardy Bunch Off-Broadway. In LA, she has been seen at the Hudson in The Dodgers and We Are The Tigers. Television credits include “Shameless” and a recurring role in Paramount Network’s “American Woman” with Alicia Silverstone and Mena Suvari, premiering June 2018. She will also be seen in the upcoming film Bachelor Lions. She is a graduate of Harvard University, where she received a B.A. in English Literature.

CHRISTOPHER MAIKISH* (Clifford Bradshaw)

Christopher is an actor, director, and producer, known to Celebration audiences as the BroadwayWorld LA Award-nominated "Narrator" from 2016's Dream Boy, and for originating the role of the hero prince in the Ovation-nominated world premiere musical, The Next Fairy Tale. He has directed readings for this company's "Celebrating New Works" series, and was AD for Celebration's The Homosexuals and Charm. Chris co-founded LA's new musicals concert series,, presented this summer at The Wallis. You can also catch him in policy school at USC until 2019 (fight on!). AEA, SDC, SAG-AFTRA, Pro99.

JUNE CARRYL* (Fraulein Schneider)

Favorite acting roles include Gerty Fail in Failure: A Love Story (CTG Block Party and Coeurage Theatre Company, directed by Michael Matthews) and Nurse in Romeo and Juliet (at A Noise Within directed by Damaso Rodriguez). TV and film roles include S.W.A.T,  Documentary Now! and the upcoming Dead Women Walking and Back Roads. She received the 2017 ADAA Saroyan/Paul Human Rights Playwriting Prize and is a finalist for the Actors Theatre of Louisville Heideman Prize.


Katherine Tokarz is thrilled to be a German prostitute! Tristan McIntyre is a Los Angeles-based award winning actor, dancer, and singer. He attends the University of Southern California, where he is pursuing a degree in Acting and Computer Programming. Tristan has worked under the direction of Susan Blackwell, Randy Graff, and many other broadway legends. He plays the leading dramatic roles in Sunday Morning & Fish Tank, two independent films which are currently running the film festival circuit.


Nicole Stouffer is thrilled to make her Hollywood stage debut as Texas in Cabaret! Graduate of Point Park University's BFA Musical Theatre program. Sarah recently moved from NY to LA and is thrilled to be making her Celebration Theatre debut! Laura is a standup comedian and actress originally from the east San Francisco bay area. Her sketch comedy duo, GinBlo Productions, has been featured on, FunnyorDie, and was nominated for Best Comedic Duo of 2017 by Love to Huck, and her wonderful family and friends.

KEN STIRBL* (Swing for Herr Schultz)

Ken hails from New York where he has appeared in many Stage productions including Chekov’s The Three Sisters, Mamet’s Sexual Perversity in Chicago, Babe’s A Prayer For My Daughter, Elaine May’s Adaptation, Fassbinder’s Pre Paradise …Sorry Now, Shakespeare’s The Taming of The Shrew, Twelfth Night, Company and Cabaret to just to name a few. Some may remember Ken from various roles in film/television appearing in George Romero’s "Knight Riders", Gordon Parks’ "He Drives out the Devil", Stephen Wyman’s "Butterfly", "Hill Street Blues", "St. Elsewhere" and "Ryan’s Hope". LA audiences have seen Ken as El Gallo in The Fantasticks, Brandon in Rope and Murray in A Thousand Clowns. Ken has also been a guest artist in residence at Cal. State Univ. at Northridge and The University of Pittsburgh.  Having studied many years with Herbert Berghof, Uta Hagen & Bill Hickey at HB Studios, he is now mastering his craft with Aaron Speiser.

JANET ROSTON (Choreographer)

Janet Roston created choreography for the hit production, The Boy From Oz (Celebration Theatre) receiving her second Ovation Award and Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award (LADCC). She was also choreographer for The Color Purple (Celebration Theatre; Ovation Award, NAACP and LADCC Awards.); Once On this Island (International City Theater, NAACP Nom.); Avenue X (Odyssey Theater, Ovation Award Nom.); Runaway Home (Fountain Theater); Failure, A Love Story (Kirk Douglas Theatre/Couerage Theater, Ovation Nom.) which was included in Center Theatre Group’s “Block Party ’17.” Janet is also a Director Choreographer. Director/Choreographer/Co-Creator of Anaïs, A Dance Opera, which tells the story of famed diarist, Anaïs Nin, presented through her company Mixed eMotion Theatrix.  Anaïs premiered at Greenway Court Theatre, performed at the Festival Off d’Avignon in France July ‘17 and just returned from performances in Paris and the International Theater Festival, Casablanca, Morocco. Other Director/Choreographer work includes Midsummer Night (Tennessee Shakespeare Company, Texas New Musical Festival); Striking 12 ( Laguna Playhouse); Tonya and Nancy, The Rock Opera (ART, Boston); CarnEvil (Sacred Fools Theater); shAme (King King Nightclub);  So Now You Know (Highways, Wallis Annenberg)  and The Wanting (Highways). ANTHONY ZEDIKER (Musical Director)

Anthony Zediker, a native of Nashville,TN, got his training in piano and collaborative arts from DePaul University and University of Southern California. Wearing many hats, Zediker works as a songwriter, film composer, music director, vocal coach, and recording artist, based out of Los Angeles and Chicago. He is currently on a faculty pianist and music director at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy LA and the Colburn School.  Recent project highlights include- HBO’s "Big Little Lies" (pianist/actor in 3 episodes), NBC’s "Rob Cantor: Shia LaBeouf Live" (orchestra pianist), Musical Director of The Wizard of Oz (2018), cover pianist for Priscilla (2018 @Celebration Theater), as well as Spamilton (@the Kirk Douglas Theater), and In Trump We Trust (@the Second City LA), Associate Music Director of Sunday in the Park with George (2016), Urinetown (2016), The Drowsy Chaperone (2016), Little Shop of Horrors (2016), Annie Get Your Gun (2016), Fame: The Musical (2014), rehearsal pianist for the L.A. premiere of Heathers: the Musical (2014), pianist for LA Opera’s inner-city outreach productions of The Marriage of Figaro (2015), and Turandot (2016), Composer for web series’s Basic (2018), and Actpartment (2015), video game composer for Hammertime for the iphone (2009), and feature films include Let it Bleed (2015), Better Criminal (2016), and Our Way (2016)(*audience choice award), each of which was recently featured in the Burbank International Film Festival in 2017.

STEPHEN GIFFORD (Scenic Designer)

Stephen’s work has been seen on both coasts from New York City where he received his MFA in Scenic Design from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, to Alaska, where he designed for Juneau’s Civic Light Opera.  A resident of Los Angeles, Stephen has close relationships with many theatre companies including: Ensemble Theatre Company Santa Barbara, La Mirada Performing Arts Center/McCoy Rigby, Reprise 2.0, Celebration Theatre,  Laguna Playhouse, 3D Theatricals, and many more. He has also spent multiple seasons designing for California Musical Theatre’s Music Circus working with directors like Glenn Casale and Stafford Arima. He has garnered many awards and nominations for his work and was awarded The Bob Z Award for career achievement in set design by the Los Angeles Drama Critic Circle.

MATTHEW BRIAN DENMAN (Lighting Designer/Production Photographer)

Matthew is a Los Angeles based lighting designer and photographer and. He has recently designed productions of Die, Mommie, Die! and Failure: A Love Story at the Kirk Douglas Theatre, Charm and Bootycandy (Ovation Award Nomination) at Celebration Theatre, and Niagara Falls (Stage Raw Award Nominee) at Theatre of Note. Other productions include Corpus Christi, revolver, What's Wrong With Angry?, The Next Fairy Tale, [title of show], and Women Behind Bars.

CRICKET S. MYERS (Sound Designer)

On Broadway, Cricket earned a Tony Nomination and a Drama Desk Award for her design of Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo. Off Broadway designs include The Marvelous Wonderettes. She has also designed regionally at The Geffen Playhouse, La Jolla Playhouse, The Ahmanson, The Mark Taper Forum, Berkley Rep, Arena Stage, South Coast Rep, The Kirk Douglas Theater, and the Pasadena Playhouse. Other selected L.A. Theaters include East West Players, Ghost Road Theater Company, The Celebration Theater, and Anteaus Theater Company. She has earned 20 Ovation Nominations, as well as winning The Ruth Marley Award from the League of Professional Theater Women, The Kinetic Award for Outstanding Achievements in Theatrical Design, an LADCC and a Garland Award.

MICHAEL MULLEN (Costumer Designer)

Michael Mullen is a costume designer, actor, writer, and avid eater who lives in Hollywood. He has performed in and costume designed several productions both on stage and on film throughout Los Angeles. Among his theatrical design credits are: “Dreamgirls" (Ovation Award, Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award, N.A.A.C.P. Theatre Award, L.A. Weekly Theatre Award, Broadway World Award), “The Boy From Oz” (Ovation Award, Ticketholder Award, Robby Award, Broadway World Award, Stage Raw nomination), “Siamese Sex Show” (Ovation Award), “Fugue” (Ovation and Broadway World nominations), “When Jazz Had The Blues” (Ovation and N.A.A.C.P. nominations), “Burners” (Ovation nomination), “Sweeney Todd” (Stage Raw nomination), and “American Idiot” (Ticketholder Award).  He has received such StageSceneLA Awards as 2016-2017 Costume Designer Of The Year, 2015-2016 Costume Designer Of The Year, 2014-2015 Costume Designer Extraordinaire, 2013-2014 Costume Design Of The Year (Individual Production) for "Dorian's Descent", and 2012-2013 Costume Designer Of The Year. MICHAEL O'HARA (Co-Lead Producer/ Properties Designer / Managing Director)

Michael saw his first show at Celebration Theatre in 2001 and never left. He has been Resident Properties Designer since 2005. He has been Managing Director since January 2013 which now makes him an Ovation Award-winning executive producer as well with the recent win for The Boy From Oz. Recent design credits include: Die, Mommie, Die!, Charm and The Boy From Oz (Celebration Theatre), A Singular They (Blank Theatre), Dream Boy (Celebration Theatre), Rio Hondo (Theatre of NOTE), Bootycandy (Celebration Theatre).  He was also the original Props Designer for Failure, A Love Story for Coeurage Theatre Company, which was selected as part of the CTG Block Party.  Michael has also worked as a Stage Manager, Assistant Stage Manager, Sound Mixer, and Actor around Los Angeles. He recently reprised his role of Kim Jong Un in the sketch show It’s A Kim Jong Christmas. Many thanks to the cast, crew, and Celebration family. Thank you for supporting Celebration Theatre.

JAY MARCUS (Co-Lead Producer / Producing Director)

Jay is the Producing Director of Celebration Theatre. He most recently co-lead produced Celebration’s hit production of Priscilla Queen of the Desert and the West Coast premiere of The View UpStairs.  Jay also produced, along with Tom Detrinis and Nathan Frizzell, Celebration’s hit summer comedies Tilda Swinton Answers An Ad On Craigslist and So Long Boulder City, both of which had runs Off-Broadway following their world premieres at Celebration.  He was also a producer on last spring’s Die, Mommie, Die!  Currently, Jay is the VP of film/tv development at director George Tillman, Jr. and producer Bob Teitel’s production company, State Street Pictures. The company is currently in post-production on a feature adaptation of the #1 New York Times Young Adult Bestseller, The Hate U Give.

MARK GIBERSON (Associate Producer)

When not sweeping floors or working concessions at the theatre, company member Mark Giberson is vice president of marketing for Michigan-based zipLogix™. An avid traveler and plein air painter, he founded No Boundaries Art Workshops® ( in 2011. In addition to his happy involvement with Celebration Theatre, he serves on the board of directors of The Barn Studio of Art and is a past-president of the Flying Samaritans of Southern California, among others. Married with two adult children and a resident of Pasadena, Calif., and Bald Head Island, NC, he considers Celebration Theatre “home” and is thrilled to be part of Cabaret and the Los Angeles theatre community.

ALAN WETHERN (Associate Producer)

Alan Wethern is proud to associate produce Cabaret for the stage, for the first time, after spending the last few years producing both reality tv and indie films, alike. An avid theatre goer, he enjoys staying active, volunteering, and finding time for a good book whenever possible. The Oklahoma native is a graduate of OCU’s MBA program, as well as The Los Angeles Film School immersion program, located right here in the heart of Hollywood.

DAVID TRAN (Associate Producer)

Cabaret is David’s first venture into associate producing for Celebration Theatre. His production experience stems from years working as an actor, as well as, behind the scenes on various projects as a wardrobe stylist and production assistant. David is thrilled to be a part of this creative journey working alongside his fellow CT company members and the cast & crew! xo


Parnell is very excited to join the team as Associate Producer on Cabaret. He is a long time company member of Celebration and is the Current Company Manager. 


CONSTANCE JEWEL LOPEZ (Associate Producer)

Constance is very excited to be part of the production team for Cabaret.  She is a long-time company member of Celebration theatre and serves as the Box office manger.


BROOKE SEGUIN (Assistant Director)

Brooke is a long time friend of Celebration Theatre and is excited to be ADing this show with Michael Matthews. 

MICHAEL QUIETT (Assistant Choreographer)

Michael is so excited to be working on another production with Celebration Theater! Michael is a graduate of UCLA's school of Theater, Film and Television.  Michael has been the assistant choreographer to Janet Roston for years and he is so happy to work alongside someone as brilliant as Janet Roston. 

DIANE PARK (Assistant Stage Manager)

Diane Park is a Korean American stage manager based in Los Angeles, California, whose currently studying at California Institute of the Arts for her B.F.A. in Stage Management. She works in a variety of performances from traditional theatrical performances to experimental devised works, dance concerts, and events. A couple of productions Diane has managed were the CalArts' Dance Concert at the Walt Disney Concert Hall REDCAT Theater, CalArts' Witch House: A Witches Cabaret, and Electric Lodge's Ithaca. Diane drives for many more diverse varieties of productions with her ball of positive atmosphere.

JAMI RUDOFSKY (Casting Director)

Jami Rudofsky is proud to be the Resident Casting Director for Celebration Theatre. Celebration credits include Dream Boy, Bootycandy, The Color Purple: The Musical, The Women Of Brewster Place, Take Me Out and many more. She also co-cast Hit The Wall for the LGBT Cultural Arts Center. She casted the long-awaited Netflix reboot of Gilmore Girls. Additional film and television credits include: Showtime’s Masters of Sex, the YouTube Red original series Sing It! and Deserted. She’s so honored to be back working with the Celebration Theatre Family!
